I seem to be serious...

Hmmm.... I am fasting today :). That does not imply that I used to escape my fasting in any way you look at it... Not even by "accident"....

Everyone seems to be talking about food on this very first day of puasa.. Well, they were talking about it since then anyway... Just that, it's so glaring in puasa month, that's all. I may not be talking about what to eat, what to buy for break fast, what dishes to cook, etc, etc for I seem to be staying put with my wish, reduce weight..!!! Instead, I may be talking and/or imagining on what NOT to eat, what NOT to buy for break fast, etc... At least after 11 hours (since sahur), I can still avoid my mind from delicious food / dishes that our bloggers are bragging about...

Alex, don't smile at me.. I am serious you know... Hehehhehe... (My question to you just now "lauk ada lagi dumoh?" was just my routine, being a responsible head of the family.. kahakhaka)

By the way, I started my fast today with coco crunch + corn flakes, full bowl of course... And I feel soooo healthy & tired now.... :)...

I wish I can hold on to my wish...

    hahahahaha Abg JD... mkn la kurma juga tambah dlm cornflakes tu. kurma leh tambah tenaga.. so lepasni abg JD sure tak letihnya.. :) I wonder what ABG JD had for his break fast semlm yer kak wan? ;P

    JD, nok kurus ko.... sejak aku kenal mung di ukm, aku tau sangat nafsu makang mung tu....hahaha.. anyway, molek aarr nok kurus badan tu,
    p/s: kuey tiaw kantonis kene dgn sup perut, pas tu ikan bawal goreng makan dgn nasi...uhhhh sedap sunggoh...

    Abg JD,
    sejak puasa ni saya berjaya utk tidak mkn nasi waktu berbuka.. tapi untuk sahur mkn sebab nak bertahan satu hari kan.. cuma nya nasi yg diambil tuh bukan la dlm kauntiti yg byk sebab sahur kan.. takde selera sgt.. sebab tuh la mkn nasi sahur.
    waktu berbuka mkn la mee sup ker..laksa ke.. or Kak Wan leh tolong abg JD, msk nasi pakai beras taj mahal khas utk abg JD.. and msk la sup ke atau ikan kukus ker.. so kurang minyak.. and paling penting, mkn sayur2an dgn buah2an byk2.. pastu sure abg JD tak lalu nak mkn nasi sebab dah kenyang dgn buah dan sayur2an...cuba lagi abg JD!
